Don’t give up hope on the plumeria. When I worked at the plant nursery in California, I helped plant and take care of them. There was something like 200 and they all looked like dead sticks in my opinion. It takes a while for them to establish; like one year before you notice anything living. My Mother in law has some in her back yard that she brought from Hawaii two years ago and they just started to bloom. It is awesome you have buds/leaves it means it is healthy and growing. Do you know what color the flowers will be when it blooms?
