We finally got out the slip'n slide & it was a big hit!...Leka did pretty good sliding down it--Austin just sat and scooched and played in the water :)
These are our next-door neighbors and the kids' good friends, Isaiah & Tyson (5 & 3).
It's always nice to warm up and cool down at the same time w/a popsicle on the sidewalk!
Mmmmm...graham crackers!
I love these ones on the porch!!...They love to make funny faces!
Hey Katie, What adorable pictures, your kids are so cute! The slip and slide came out. In the post with the kids in the baby pool, you said that Leka was begging you to get the slide out. The weather has been so nice and oh so hot. There is nothing better than spending the day playing in the water and eating popsicles. Oh to be a kid, summer is so very fun! p.s. I left you a comment on the incredible entry you wrote in behalf of Jessie! Thank you Katie you are so wonderful!
Thanks again for coming on Saturday. It was SO good to see you guys! Your kids are getting so big and are just so cute--everyone kept asking me who those cute kids belonged to! :-)
Is it ok that I am leaving another comment? :) If you would like company when you go to Thanksgiving Point give me a call. I know Charlie would love to spend time with Leka and Austin. What is so great about going is the price, $3 per person. I love places I can afford and you get the biggest bang for your buck. There is also the neat Dinosaur museum, a must destination if you have never been there. They have this big sand box area where the kids can go dig for Dinosaur bones. I sound like an advertisement for the place! Steven left for Oregon on Tuesday. It is just too much having him gone too. Thankfully he will be back at the end of the summer. He went to go help hay and work on the ranch. Lucky boy, I would love to go stay in Baker for a couple of months. I just don’t think my husband would appreciate it.

How fun! We don't have a place to have a hose, but if we did, I would totally have a slip'n slide!
