Thanksgiving

Guys seeing how much pain they can inflict on each other...

Must be Thanksgiving!!

We drove over 2,000 miles for our Thanksgiving holiday but it was well worth it!

We went to my brother's place in Wichita Kansas...we met up with the rest of my family in Grand Junction & drove the rest of the way together in a big van.

We called it the party van because we had all kind of fun in it--we had a birthday party for Austin & we played hours of games (Scategories & Apples to Apples--my favorites!)

The funnnest thing about getting together is always seeing the cousins play--they're best friends & have so much fun!

Leka & Sammy played dress-up most of the time :)


Jamie made a Delicious & Huge dinner!...I found out that Leka loves pumpkin pie, she ate 2 pieces--I'll have to make one.

I went Black Friday shopping for the first time with Jamie & my mom...it actually wasn't too crazy--and the deals are really great.

Friday day we went to the zoo. The Wichita Zoo is a really good one...really big & enclosures built so you get great views of the animals. --And unlike the Hogle Zoo where the animals just seem to avoid or ignore the visitors these animals always came right up to the glass...it was really fun.

They have a rain forest at the zoo, too, which is really cool...Here we are trying to get off the Island ;)

We had so much fun...glad we were able to make the trip, especially since we won't be together for Christmas this year. Just wish we're able to get together more...at least we always make the most of it when we do :)
