We remade our Halloween pumpkins into November Thanksgiving Turkeys. It was a really fun crafty activity to do with the kids.
We looked at DI for Turkey crafts or decor we could use...there was a ton of Christmas stuff out, but hardly any Thanksgiving--all we found was the potholder looking tail we used for the one on the left; so we did the rest with construction paper, pins & skewers (these pumpkins are probably getting tired of all the auctupuncture) ..and those shoes came with the Potato Head Pirate, but I thought they looked Pilgrimish).
Leka had her November field trip...they went to the park & collected leaves, and went to Krispy Kream--it was fun to pick her up & see her wearing the hat :)
