We went down (on Dec 23rd) to meet up with my whole family in Blanding for Christmas--what a fun time we had!...The days were filled with the kids playing together & the adults hanging out & having fun...the nights were filled with games--hearts, spades.. poker, with candy for chips.. and playing the Wii. -- Here is some of our other fun activities:
Christmas Eve:
We acted out the Nativity.. We've never done this before, but I think it's a great tradition--all this kids in their costumes playing their parts were So cute!
The Wise Men--followed the star
Angels we have heard on high...Sammy & Leka sang a carol for us.
Everyone singing silent night.
-The best part of our Nativity play was when Hannah (my niece who's 4 mo's younger than Austin)--she was playing Mary & half way through she went & brought out a package of diapers for Baby Jesus :)

Christmas Morning:
A White Christmas!!..There was already snow on the ground but it snowed all the night before Christmas & we woke up to 2+ feet of snow!
This is what we woke up to

Austin checks out his cool Tonka Truck

Me & the girls - (don't you love Christmas mornging pictures--no make up & messy hair)

..actually I love the messy hair & PJ's on the kids Christmas mornging!

That's my SKS Rifle Nase's holding (it's OK, I can share :)

I had to get Tommy this ridiculous cereal :) ..it was half marshmallows & half chocolate frosted sugar bombs (it turned to to be pretty gross, but the kids really liked it).

Hannah has some breakfast in her cheerleader outfit--love the baby blues!

Tossing Hunter into the deep snow (he loved this!)

Daisy in the snow
We made good use of all that snow...went out to play & sled on the backyard slope.

And (what is becoming) our annual Christmas tradition--getting trucks stuck in the deep snow (we did that last year on the mountain...didn't have to go further than the front yard this year)...We were trying to back a truck up to the the hill to sled off the top of the tail gate.

After the trucks were unstuck & we all warmed up we went to the airport (where my parents work) so the kids could ride their bikes in the hanger.
