Yes, that is Permanent marker!! - (The kids were being just a little too quiet & I caught them just a little too late) ..Leka and Austin got into this colorful assortment of markers, that were actually sharpies. Austin had different colors of permanent marker all over him, but I was the most worried about getting it off his Eyes... So, FYI--if you're ever faced w/the same predicament, oil free eye makeup remover works pretty good; I was able to get most of the marker off w/it.
